Hi, I’m Connie, professional home organizer

I started Home [Harmonized] because as a mom of four, I know firsthand how quickly a peaceful home can turn into complete chaos. Life gets busy, priorities shift, and sometimes our spaces just can't keep up with everything we're juggling.

That's where I come in. I help create systems that actually make sense for how you live—not how organizing magazines think you should live. I've worked with busy professionals, growing families, downsizing seniors, and folks who simply want to feel more at ease in their own homes. What they all share is wanting spaces that support them instead of adding to their daily stress.

There are no "before" photos shared on social media without express permission, no stories told to other clients, and absolutely no judgment about how your space got to where it is today. FAQs

How does an organization session work?

We will come to your home prepared to spend very focused time in the area you’ve requested. We usually start with clearing things out and decluttering, and can help you think through better storage solutions for items that won’t be staying in that space. Once everything has been sorted we will help find the best systems for getting things back into order in a way that makes sense for how you live!

How involved do I need to be?

Organizing sessions work best and go most smoothly and quickly when you are present and available to help with the process. We are able to guide and direct (and can handle the physical labor) but we cannot make decisions for you and never want someone to feel forced to do something because it’s what we thought was best. Please plan on being a part of the process so we are able to get your input on items and decisions!

Why do you bring a team? Isn ‘t that just more expensive for me?

We know how valuable your time and resources are and try to work as efficiently as possible. Decision fatigue is a real thing. We try to keep our sessions down to manageable 3-4 hour increments to optimize what we’re all able to accomplish together, without exhausting you mentally or physically. When we have bigger projects we find it is most cost and time effective for everyone if we have several people working together rather than trying to spread it out over a long period and leaving you completely worn out!

What happens if my space is not done within the allotted time?

Organizers have a lot of experience working quickly but we are not magicians! There are many factors that play into how long each space will take and it can be very hard to predict before getting into the project. If a space is not finished in the estimated time frame you are able to purchase additional hours or packages, or your organizer can help guide you through the next steps to finish getting it put back in order on your own!

Will I need to get rid of items?

We honor the value of having heirlooms and sentimental items around you if they bring you joy! Our goal is to help you find ways to make the things you want work in the space you have. If you are ready to let things go we can help determine places where they might have the best chance at a new life of being used and appreciated. We can also help you with decisions involving decluttering items that you may have too many of or that might be broken or beyond usefulness. We try to donate and dispose of items in ways that are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Are there any jobs you don’t take?

We are able to help with projects big and small! During our phone consultation we will do our best to determine we are a mutually good fit, and may request photos or videos of the areas you need help with. If there are concerns over safety hazards or pest infestations we will refer you to appropriate professionals who may be better able to assist.
